I checked your account and because your subscription was purchased through Alipay on April 12, 2025, we aren’t able to refund back to your payment method after 90 days. Sadly, Alipay doesn’t allow refunds after this time, and we can’t refund to a different method.

How credits work:
They act like a gift card on your account
Credits are automatically used first for any future charges
