Vauman OP 大家好，我们又有一个德国的客户需要一位高级 Java 工程师，该岗位薪资为 20-30K ，客户的项目周期为 6 个月，但是按照我们的经验如果合作顺利一般都会续签的。除了技术能力外，德国客户对英语口语有一定的要求，他们每天会有 teams 例会。

比较好奇这种商业模式，为啥不是项目制总包，或者内部联系长期合作的人，而是重新找短期外包？常规来说仅仅磨合与适应可能就要三个月了

@ericFork 我之前西班牙远程半年，半夜一点下班，天天高强度邮件，半夜一点下班之后完全睡不着觉，最早三点睡着，后来吃褪黑素都快失效了。我的建议是，不是那种沾枕头就睡着的体质，轻易不要干这种要求时间的跨区远程

Vauman OP 关于工作时间，只在入职初期会需要 80%的时间根据德国时区。但是之后要求就不那么严格了，已经入职的同事基本都是下午 1 点开始，晚上 9 点结束。而且德国公司都不加班的，如果真有事请假也都是非常人性化的。德国的客户也都挺佛系的，之后如果磨合好了，不需要经常开会的话，工作时间都是可以商量的。

@miao1007 商业模式就是客户整体打包给 xxx 公司,外包价格如果按照人头算最少 1w 欧/月/人. 其实这东西第一年就开发完了,后面几年是常规维护. 然后在国内找人给 2-3w rmb/月,第一年干完裁掉. 不过也没法怪公司赚得多, 没有人家找的这个资源, 牛马连这个 2w 也赚不到

@boogoogle 那意味着以前开发团队没谈拢分家了，或者以前团队只攻城不守城。这两种可能都很难受，因为都要接别人的二手项目，这样的话三个月熟悉期可能都不够。

JAVA 后端，react 前端，k8s 和公有云都得懂，还需要英语流利，还要昼夜颠倒，还是半年短期。30k 差不多，20k 没人敢的。
