打开 cursor 的 output ，切换到 C/C++，打印了以下内容

我参考了下面这个网址，把 wan 和 lan 都配置了。现在外网的最大下载速率可以正常被限制，但是内网 SMB 传输还是能跑满千兆，引起远程桌面卡顿。。
