从我的经验来说，如果岗位是螺丝钉岗位，那么线上面试就够了。如果是构建团队，尤其是初始团队的话，没有线下面试一定不行。所以大厂反而容易接受线上面试，而小创业团队反而更希望见面聊。

@gailungg 这个岗位本身的要求并不高，所以预算方面也会相对偏低。

而且，用很高的预算招一个很厉害的人，然后来做非常非常基础的日常维护开发工作，这不符合团队或者是应聘人的利益。招聘本来就是一个双赢的事情，不是吗？
