[求助]未能及时回复 Namecheap Notice: Request To Update Contact Information 导致账号被封有什么解封办法吗?

你的 Namecheap 账号锁定解决了吗？我遇到了类似的问题，不同的是我是直接收到了锁定账户停止服务的邮件，没有收到你贴出来的这个邮件，回复他们邮件了但是一直还没回复。

你需要回复风险团队的这个工单，也就是邮件，告诉他们自己错过了邮件内容，现在导致域名被封锁、暂停解析。需要尽快处理，你会尽快配合处理。他们会先解除域名的暂停状态、解封账户。之后你要求在 24 小时内修改联系人信息，改完后告知他们。就可以了。

在线客服那边选择的时候，先选 Namecheap account access 然后选择 no access 然后选择 suspended

@02 找了客服后, Risk Management Team 大概不到 10 分钟就回复了, 账号也解封了.

@czhen 我刚登陆了下账号也解封了，但是他们没有回复邮件。感觉是批量操作的。

@czhen 他们风险部门回复你的邮件是啥样的，要更新哪些信息有说吗？
