[求助]未能及时回复 Namecheap Notice: Request To Update Contact Information 导致账号被封有什么解封办法吗?

* Locked due to violation of Namecheap Terms of Service Agreement
We will not be able to provide you with any services in accordance with the Universal Terms of Service Agreement if any violation from your side is detected.
Your account along with services will be suspended permanently and you will receive the corresponding notification to the email address specified in your profile.
12 月 6 号还买了一个域名, 网站上都没看到相关提醒.
可能违规的似乎也就支付信息里地址是假的, 信用卡也是我本人的.
账号没了, 域名还能转移吗?

目前已解封, 更新了账户信息和域名注册人信息, 看后续.
过程:
12 月 11 日回复了最开始的那封邮件, 大意是"解释没有及时看到, 希望能解封, 可以提供相关验证信息"
12 月 13 日官网找了客服, "在线客服那边选择的时候，先选 Namecheap account access 然后选择 no access 然后选择 suspended", 发了邮件截图, 告知 12 月 11 日已经联系了风险团队, 目前还没有回复, 询问能否加急处理, Risk Management Team 大概不到 10 分钟就回复了, 账号已解封, 让更新相关信息.
过程:

你的 Namecheap 账号锁定解决了吗？我遇到了类似的问题，不同的是我是直接收到了锁定账户停止服务的邮件，没有收到你贴出来的这个邮件，回复他们邮件了但是一直还没回复。

你需要回复风险团队的这个工单，也就是邮件，告诉他们自己错过了邮件内容，现在导致域名被封锁、暂停解析。需要尽快处理，你会尽快配合处理。他们会先解除域名的暂停状态、解封账户。之后你要求在 24 小时内修改联系人信息，改完后告知他们。就可以了。
