电信限速投诉后进入了一个更加高级的限速模式

我的 2 个地址(简称 A 和 B )都是同城电信千兆宽带(百兆上传),之前发现 A 地址的上传被限速到 10M (上传 1MB/s ) 然后打 10000 后和 it 后台人员理论后,先说找不到问题,然后我发了 A 和 B 宽带互测的 iperf 的截图和理论当前电信官网的测试白名单机制后,过了一周多,直接收到工单完成的短信。

于是我用之前被限速的测速网站后,发现上传是恢复了……(吗?)

在 B 宽带处用 iperf 通过 tailscale 测试连接的速度后。发现 A 宽带还是被限速到 10M 。

然后我用 iperf 通过公网 ip 来测(要开高位端口才行,默认端口连不通),发现 tcp 的限速有时候被取消了。但是 udp 的还是一直被限速。 之所以说有时候,是因为测了一会,就可能会触发限速

通过公网直接从 B 宽带的测试结果(反向模式,A 传输给 B ,测试 A 的上传):

应该是 tailscale 的隧道是走的 UDP ,所以不管什么流量都会被封装在 tailscale 的 UDP 里。 另外好奇为什么公网直接 UDP 传输速度全部是 0 ?

我是成都电信,之前限速过

具体表现就是,ip 段被拉入一个特殊的网段,无论怎么重新拨号都无法跳出这个网段

然后上传下载速度极度不稳定,延迟巨高,ping 成都本地 dns 延迟都会超过 100ms ,这样也就没法打任何网络游戏,延迟基本都在 100 多

继续投诉啊,电信就是要投诉才行,我当时在深圳城中村,就电信卡一直没信号,投诉过去当天,就好了半小时,半小时后,又变差了,然后过了一会,收到短信,说什么我这边电信信号没问题,就给我完成工单闭环了,靠,后来我一直叼它们,给他们客服打电话,结果一直不给我搞,后来应该是知道我要搬走了,才跟我说,已经处理好了,特别恶心人。

@sir283 很大可能三大先用客服沙包顶上,然后升级设备继续限速避免被证明也不会放开的。除非什么时候固网像移网大批量携号转网进 kpi 那时候了

@renchong NAT 到一个专门处理的出口网关,会根据你的数据处理再次分配出口,观察就会你的出口 IP 一直跳,但就在那几个范围。

楼主击败了 90%的弱智用户,他们张口闭口 udp 啊 qos 啊, 连 iperf3 怎么用都不会
可惜楼主也不太会,人至少应该自己学会怎么在公网测 udp 吧?
“宽带症候群”是给懂网络的人用的,结果全都是一群网络不及格用户

OP 测速有点“狂暴”
怎么说呢,UDP 一上来就 100M ,明显不妥,须知道 UDP 测速是没有拥塞控制的,流量远超签约带宽被中间节点一刀切地丢包都不奇怪

正确做法是从小流量往大流量逐个试,比如试 5 次,100K 、1M 、3M 、10M 、20M 慢慢来,这样才可以试出真实的速度,同时看得出网络通畅情况

@w568w 上面 cnbatch 提过的一点是对的,起步速率应该是两端最小签约带宽,一般建议从 10Mbits/s 开始,要在接收端看丢包率,发送端一般没有瓶颈,不需要发日志出来
从楼主 tailscale 测速看,udp 似乎是被限速在 10Mbits/s 了, 应该测试公网下 -b 5m -b 10m -b 20m, 你跑 100m 防火墙干你就对了
楼主说 “另外好奇为什么公网直接 UDP 传输速度全部是 0” 这显然是要自己解决的,可能原因有
1. MTU 问题, 测 udp 应该 -l 比如 500, 测试小包通不通
2. udp 源地址选择问题, -s -B 加 IP, 绑定到你要测试的 IP 上
3. 有问题应该自己 tcpdump 抓包看

iperf3 tcp -b 100M 只能约束,不能摆脱拥塞,流量控制. 只用于在高速网络上低速测速,比如双 1G 直接跑丢包多, 可以测 -b 800m 看是不是 0 丢包,楼主这个场景 tcp -b 没有用,不需要.

如果 udp 小速率也丢包严重,那是网络质量真的差,电信的网一般小速率不会丢包,这也是为什么说电信适合打游戏
如果 udp 大速率固定丢包率,那是限速在起作用

感谢 @cnbatch 和 @1423 的指正, 我确实是从-b 10M, 20M 开始测试的.
只不过测试的结果一样显示限速到 10M, 设置大了以后只有被限速的宽带丢包率提高了, 后来设置成 100M 是为了显示未被限速的宽带可以正常的发送和接收, 所以显得不妥.
