The Starter plan will be discontinued on August 1, 2023. Upgrade to the Hobby plan to continue using Railway. 原来是这样..

怎么看自己的 railway 账户是否会免除 hobby plan 订阅费呢
之前验证了 developer 计划，但现在看又是 Unverified 的状态。
页面是： https://railway.app/verify
提示是：
Verification is going away. If you are on the Developer Plan, you can deploy until August 1st. If you are on the Starter Plan, connect your GitHub and upgrade to the new Hobby Plan.

The attached GitHub account requires you to upgrade to a paid plan.
