我记得二代出来的时候，初代的细则还是无时间限制的无限存储。刚看了下，改了：

²Pixel and Pixel XL: Unlimited online original quality storage of photos/videos taken with your Pixel through 2020, high quality for all other photos/videos. Requires Google Account. Data rates may apply.

³Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL: Unlimited online original quality storage of photos/videos taken with your Pixel through 2021, high quality for all other photos/videos. Requires Google Account. Data rates may apply.

⁴Pixel 3 and 3 XL: Free unlimited online original-quality storage for all photos and videos uploaded to Google Photos from Pixel 3 through 1/31/2022. Photos and videos uploaded before 1/31/2022 will remain free at original-quality. Requires Google Account. Data rates may apply. Visit: g.co/help/photostorage.

谷歌的名声本来也不怎么好，到处兼并，然后把项目搞死，各种钻空子。嘛，只是国内的更烂

@dlsflh 初代发布的时候就是没有任何条款直接终免，然后二代发布的时候给加了个时限，但没改初代的。我记得是这样……

有一点不太理解：
他说的那个时间，指的是存储原件的时间吗？到了这个时间之后，已有的原件都会被转换成高质量？

还是说，指的是上传的时间？到了这个时间之后，上传的都是高质量，而非原件？

如果是第一种，就非常坑了。

@q8515620 应该是第一种吧，看了下楼主的链接，针对 pixel 3 专门说明 2022 年 1 月 31 号之前上传的照片视频 remain free at original-quality。确实有点恶心。

@shallby2 是第二种的，在此之前上传的都会是原图而且不会压缩。

@pizzamx 给楼主回复一下，特地问了客服，似乎是他们搞错了，依旧是无时间限制的。

This email is in regard to the conversation we had earlier today about unlimited photo storage information on Pixel 1 device. I just want to confirm that Pixel device will have Unlimited storage feature for ever and there is no limit on the date.

I really appreciate you for bringing the issue to our attention.
