老 mac 启动后有个叫“sharingd”的进程，占用 cpu 达 200%，想请教各位是怎么回事？

有台老 MBA，系统 10.10.5 最近开机后会突然很烫，cpu 风扇貌似都压不住的阵仗，达到了 90 多度，看了一下有个进程叫做“ sharingd ”。
用 iStat Menus 把风扇调到了最大值，才降温。
后来，sharingd 这个进程自动消失，电脑又回复了正常。
