DeepSeek-V3.1 的 chat 和 thinking 模式现在是共享缓存的了。

    根据我的测试，目前 DeepSeek-V3.1 的 chat 和 thinking 模式的缓存是通用的了，即在 chat 模式下对话生成的缓存，在 thinking 模式下也能使用，反过来也是如此。
