network 选项里面看看是不是 http2.0 ，换成 1.1 或者 1.0 试试。我这样就好了。

http2.0 换成 1.1 ，然后用户设置里搜 http proxy 设置代理就可以恢复使用，亲测。

原因是梯子，不支持 http2. 比如 Clash for Windows 支持 HTTP 协议，但不支持 HTTP/2 。
