目前我们的项目将构建一个基于 Web 的许可证管理系统（ licensing system ），用于自动化许可证管理的整个生命周期，涵盖从申请提交、审批到持续维护和续期的全流程。 我们的目标是通过自动化工作流、集中化数据存储和实时状态更新，最大限度地减少人工操作。该体系将包括基于角色的访问控制（以保障安全性）、简化的文档存储库，通过 APP 主页和通知功能，确保用户随时掌握最新动态。
在技术层面，系统将采用模块化设计，并提供灵活的 API ，以便与现有或未来的模块无缝集成。 前端计划使用 React 框架，以实现用户界面响应性；后端则将采用 Go 或 Node.js 开发，确保高性能和可扩展性。我们还将遵循数据安全处理（ data handling ）和审计追踪（ audit trails ）的最佳实践，确保所有系统交互的可追溯性和透明度。

现招募职位 Open positions

*优先考虑 full stack （精通前后端），前端优先考虑 React ，后端优先考虑 Go 和 Rust*

1. 前端开发（ React 最好，可接受其他）/ FE engineer (React preferred, experience with payment or licensing system)

职责
- 开发响应性用户界面和主页
- 与 RESTful API 集成，实现数据获取与更新
- 确保用户体验（性能与操作便捷性）
- 由于团队全员在欧洲，英文是加分项但不强求（要求能看懂，对话不强求，过于低的英文水平可能导致工作困难，望自行衡量）

要求
- 精通 React （其他语言也可考虑）
- 精通前端三件套（ HTML/CSS/JS ）
- 有 Redux 等状态管理库实战经验

2. 后端开发（ GO ，Rust ，Node.js ）/ BE engineer (Go and Rust preferred)

职责
- 开发许可证工作流 (licensing workflows) 及支付处理 (payment handling) 的服务器端逻辑
- 构建高可用、可扩展的 API 架构
- 建立数据库表结构并优化查询性能
- 由于团队全员在欧洲，英文是加分项但不强求（要求能看懂，对话不强求，过于低的英文水平可能导致工作困难，望自行衡量）

要求
- 精通 Go ，Rust ，或 Node.js （其他语言也可考虑）
- 熟悉关系型/非关系型数据库
- 具有构建 RESTful 接口服务的经验


3. 技术主管开发工程师 （能流利英文沟通，如无法满足请勿投递）
Project Supervisor / Lead Developer (English speaking)

职责
- 主导技术架构与团队协作

4. 用户体验专家/功能分析师（必须英文流利，看不懂以下请勿投递）
UX Specialist / Functional Analyst (English speaking)

We are seeking an experienced UX / Functional Analyst to help us build a new system designed for administrative operations. This system will manage application processing with complex business processes (from initiation to approval), document management, workflow automation and data reporting. The project duration is approximately four months, starting on 22nd April with the first 2 weeks being heavier on the workload

Please provide the following information when applying:

- Your preferred rate
- The working methodology / process you intend to use and have used for similar projects
- Whether you can also take care of the UI design or not (not mandatory)
- English proficiency proof (IELTS or TOEIC score if you have it), as we require excellent English communication skills for this project


Role & Responsibilities

You will be given business process documents and the purpose is to use them to provide deliverables including the functional requirements and the backlog necessary for the developers to start the work. You will also define the user journeys and user stories based on those documents. Here is a detailed list of the responsibilities:

- User Research & Requirements Analysis: Use the documentation to define user stories, workflows, and functional requirements.
- UX Design Collaboration: create intuitive user flows, prototypes, and interface mockups.
- Functional Specifications: Translate business needs and user stories into clear functional specifications for the development team.
- Process Mapping: Outline end-to-end processes for license applications, renewals, reviews, and document handling.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the liaison between the business team, developers, and QA, ensuring alignment on requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify potential bottlenecks or enhancements, recommending improvements to usability, efficiency, and scalability


Qualifications

- English proficiency: Speaks fluently and have experience working with English
- Proven experience in business or functional analysis for software development projects
- Familiarity with UX principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with workflow-driven systems or licensing/permit processes is a plus
- Ability to work within tight timelines and manage multiple deliverables
