我也快疯掉了，请问楼主解决了吗？
我开始报的错误和，楼主的一样，然后我 brew 卸载重装了 subversion 之后，报错信息变成下面的了。
svn info

svn: E200030: SQLite compiled for 3.43.2, but running with 3.39.5

我也遇到了相同的问题，公司非得用 svn ，我感觉 svn 非常落后了啊。
