某些课程的作者一边骂盗版课程，一边在课程中推荐使用盗版软件，这是什么心态

windows 我用 insider preview ，编辑器用 vscode ，无聊看小说我用 QQ 阅读，开发文档我基本都是看的官方的文档，音乐用网易云音乐（这个应该算是正版？），感觉就除了看美剧（还有那些电影院没上映的电影）是看盗版的。。。

@msg7086 我记得同人本不属于违反著作权的行为，当时好像就闹了一番，最后判定说不算

@skylancer 之前在网站上放了一张别人画的同人雷姆，结果吃到一张来自官方的版权通告，服务器直接被关机。

@skylancer 本来就是民事，默许的话当然可以干，但是也意味着什么时候不默许了你就死了……

@msg7086 11 区记得是除非事前做出明确声明，否则默认允许在一定范围内同人衍生
