更新 ios26 后如何使用 workout buddy

手机有苹果智能，手表是 s8 ，均已更新至 RC 版，在手表上的体能训练右下角的提醒里没有 workout buddy 的选项，是需要新手表还是有语言区域限制

同时这个功能还要求必须要戴耳机

@TNOK 需要搭配苹果智能使用的。等苹果智能和苹果健身支持了中文区或许可支持中文，在这之前，难。
